Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at etoys.pk. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Be in the original packaging (box, manuals, and accessories included).

  • Have the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items on “Final Sale” or clearance.

  • Items showing signs of physical damage or misuse by the customer.

  • Battery-operated toys where the battery compartment has been tampered with.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method (or Bank Transfer/JazzCash) within 5-7 working days.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Wrong Item: If we sent the wrong item or it arrived broken, etoys.pk will cover the return shipping cost.

  • Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item for other reasons, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
